All welcome!
The following dates will be coffee mornings held at 9.30am - 11.30am at The St Christopher School, Mountdale Gardens, Leigh-on-Sea.
The Why Try programme is a visual/practical based programme designed to encourage positive change amongst individuals of all ages, though primarily for young people. The programme is based upon a series of visual metaphors used to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviour using video, music and activities. This session is a trial session with Duncan Paveling, Counsellor and Why try Practitioner to give parents and carers a better understanding of the programme. There will be opportunity to ask questions or just relax with a cuppa after the taster session.
There is no charge for entry. Donations for refreshments are gratefully accepted.
